To maintain the level of service we provide, all work is guided by the following standards:
Scheduling & Payment
All services are scheduled upon receipt of a deposit.
Final payment is due upon completion unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Pricing Integrity
All pricing is approved prior to the start of service.
Completed work is not subject to revision or discount.
Scope of Work
Services include only what is outlined in the approved estimate.
Additional requests will be quoted and scheduled separately.
Ongoing Service & Pricing
Pricing is reviewed periodically and may adjust based on market conditions, labor, and materials.
Outstanding Balances
Accounts with outstanding balances may have services paused until payment is received.
Service Requirements (as needed)
In certain cases, full prepayment may be required prior to scheduling.
